Performance Pathway

Ratio: 1 coach / 1 court / 6 players

Our performance pathway is customized to the requirements of the group. The schedule will be determined according to the number of students and their interests.

Note: Participants of this program must commit to playing between 6-20 hours per week, according to their pathway level. This time can be divided in group lessons, private lessons, match play, and provincial tournaments.

U8 Performance / 6 - 8 Years

This follow-up to Red Level 2 further refines the rally, serve, and net play skills. Players learn to compete on a Red Court with oversized low-compression balls. “I am Good Sport” behaviours are reinforced as well.

U9 Performance / 7 - 9 Years

This follow-up to U8 Performance is on a 3/4 size court with a low-compression ball. Develops an advanced foundation with the goal to be on the provincial U8 tournaments. Minimum commitments of 3 group lessons per week plus physical training plus private lessons and tournaments are required.

U10 Performance / 8 - 10 Years

This follow-up to U9 Performance is on a regular-sized court with a low-compression ball. Develops and advanced foundation with the goal to be on the provincial U10 national tournaments. Minimum commitments of 3 group lessons per week plus physical training plus private lessons and tournaments are required.

U12 Performance / 10 - 12 Years

This follow-up to U10 Performance is on a regular-sized court with regular balls. Develops an advanced foundation with the goal to be on the provincial U12 national tournaments. Minimum commitments of 3 group lessons per week plus physical training plus private lessons and tournaments are required.

U14 Performance / 12 - 14 Years

This follow-up to U12 Performance is on a regular-sized court with regular balls. Develops an advanced foundation with the goal to be on the provincial U14 national tournaments. Minimum commitments of 3 group lessons per week plus physical training plus private lessons and tournaments are required.

U16 Performance / 14 - 16 Years

This follow-up to U14 Performance is on a regular-sized court with regular balls. Develops an advanced foundation with the goal of being on the provincial U16 national tournaments. Minimum commitments of 3 group lessons per week plus physical training plus private lessons and tournaments are required.
